You will be charged for special shipping request (overnite,nextday etc.) Orders will be shipped out by 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday). Orders recieved over the weekend will be processed by Tuesday and will be shipped out within two business days on UPSor common carrier.You should recieve your order with-in 3 to 7 days.



All orders over 150 lbs., all filters, all heaters, and all diving boards will be shipped ground freight / trucking lines. Please allow 5 to 10 days to receive your order. Large Items can not be shipped over-nite.

UPS may refuse to ship certain box shapes under 150 lbs. Those items will be shipped ground freight. Allow 5 to 10 days to receive your order. Aqualine Pools will do everything we can to make your time at our store enjoyable trouble free.

There are Manufacturer's warranty reps in most major areas and most of the time any warranty work and or repairs will be taken over quickly just the same as if you bought from your local pool store. WARRANTY Products are covered by Manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. There are NO other warranties, either expressed or implied by AquaParts.com or Aqualine Pools.

All deliveries are made to addresses that you provide. We are not responsible for mis-directed ship to addresses.

Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior e-mail authorization. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. All returned merchandise must be new and unused with exception of defective goods. A 20% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for salable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must appear on all cartons. Aqualine Pools offers free shipping to you and in returning an item, YOU MUST PAY to ship it back to Aqualine Pools or to the original shipper. No call cards will be issued.



Return Policy for electric motors:

A charge of 30% restocking fee for returned motors (within 30 days of purchase) reguardless of reason for return. No returns after 30 days. No Exceptions

All returns must be in same condition as received and un-used. No Exceptions.

Motors are covered by manufacturers warranty only.

Check your order when received. Any claim of damage must be placed with the shipping company upon receipt.



Inspect your package!!! Responsibility with respect to shipments made by common carrier ends with the issues of the bill of lading.
