The model shown is an example of the Model 575 Shower Tower in surface mount installation and standard steel. This Shower Tower features back to back shower and foot wash heads, and comes standard with quick closing valves. The 575 Dual Shower Tower can also be ordered with optional metered valves and set to run continuously up to 20 seconds. The surface mount installation (SM, shown) is designed to be anchored to a concrete pad with anchor bolts through a mounting plate that is welded to the shower. An optional 6" stainless steel surface carrier is recommended for all surface mount installations. Most Dependable Fountains recommends specifying the optional SS Bolt Kit 1 when not ordering the optional stainless steel surface carrier. The Model 575 can also be ordered in direct bury (DB) installation. The direct bury installation is designed to be buried 14 inches with the steel supports anchored in concrete. The supply connection stops above grade behind the access door. Access doors are standard on all pedestal 500 Series showers. INSTALLATION Direct Bury (DB) showers are designed to be buried 14" in the ground, with a concrete slab to be poured around it. Surface Mount (SM) showers are designed to be anchored to a concrete slab, by means of quick bolts or concrete shields. There have been instances where the surface mount showers have been anchored to boardwalks or wooden decks. SUPPLY LINE Maintenance free reinforced 3/8" nylobraid tubing and 1/2" IPS with inlet water strainer. Supply line stops above grade. FINISH Oven baked powder coat. Choice of colors are: green, blue, brown, black, red, yellow, orange, white and chrome. Textured color choices: emerald, sapphire, pyrite, text-black, burgundy, gold vein, copper and sandstone.
